PU FOAMING MACHINE 1. Daejin PU Foaming Machines are low pressure Foaming machines based on 2-component raw material(Polyol & Isocyanate) circulation mode. 2. Except DJ-1000 and DJ-400, all the machines have precise temperature control function for each raw material(Polyol & Isocyanate). 3. Daejin's characteristic mixing head makes the high efficiency mixing. 4. Adding one more Polyol tank with the manual color changeable system, you can produce two kinds of color products. 5. Feed Pump (Option) :For transferring the raw materials from drum to tank. 6. We are able to produce any specific requirements by the customer.
